Enhance manufacturing processes

The manufacturing of hoists must strictly adhere to four key stages: design and process preparation, precise fabrication of core components, final assembly and commissioning, and inspection and factory release. Throughout the entire process, stringent process standards and non-destructive testing protocols are rigorously implemented. Material quality control and dimensional accuracy are further strengthened to ensure that the finished products meet the requirements for long-term heavy-load operation and exhibit excellent safety, stability, and reliability.

The working principle of a three-roll bending machine.

Three-roll bending machines are classified into symmetrical and asymmetrical types. The core structure consists of an upper roll (1 roll), two lower rolls (driven rolls arranged symmetrically), a frame, a hydraulic drive system, a transmission system, and a control system. Among these, the two lower rolls are driven rolls responsible for advancing the sheet metal; the upper roll is a follower roll that applies pressure and can be vertically adjusted to vary the pressure intensity. In some models, the upper roll can also be tilted, enabling the machine to bend conical shells.

Manufacturing process of ore washing machines

Before manufacturing and producing the ore-washing machine, we first conduct scheme design and simulation optimization based on the ore type, mud content, processing capacity, and operating environment. We then prepare drawings, process specifications, and quality control points. High-strength, wear-resistant materials are selected, and the components undergo CNC cutting, mold forming, assembly with specialized tooling, and aging treatment to ensure the rigidity and precision of the main structural parts. Transmission components are precisely machined, and wear-resistant treatments are applied to vulnerable parts. Finally, the entire machine is assembled according to unified standards, and system parameters are adjusted accordingly. After sandblasting to remove rust, the components are coated with multiple layers of protective coatings to enhance their corrosion resistance and erosion resistance. Lastly, the machine undergoes no-load and load tests to verify its ore-washing performance and operational stability. Only after passing these tests will a report be issued and the machine be released for delivery.
