The sand washer undergoes comprehensive process control across six stages—scheme design, component manufacturing, precision machining, standardized assembly, surface protection, and overall machine commissioning—to ensure that the equipment features a robust structure, stable operation, and excellent wear and corrosion resistance, meeting sand and gravel cleaning requirements before leaving the factory.

I. Design and Process Preparation Phase

The core of this phase is source-based quality control and precise matching. Based on the actual operational requirements of the sand-washing machine—such as raw material characteristics, processing capacity, and installation environment—we will complete the overall system design and simulation optimization, determine component structures, select appropriate materials, and specify machining accuracy. This will result in comprehensive drawings, process specifications, and quality control points, providing clear standards for subsequent production and helping to avoid manufacturing deviations.

II. Material Preparation and Main Component Fabrication Stage

During material preparation, high-strength, wear-resistant steel plates are rigorously inspected; only those that pass inspection are put into production. The main structural components undergo precise cutting using CNC technology and are then formed using specialized molds. Next, they are assembled and welded with the aid of jigs and fixtures, and symmetric segmented welding is employed to tightly control deformation and residual internal stresses. After welding, the components undergo aging treatment, correction and reshaping, as well as surface grinding, ensuring their rigidity, dimensional accuracy, and consistent installation reference points.

III. Precision Machining Stage for Core Components

The core components are divided into two categories and undergo precision machining: transmission components undergo rough machining, heat treatment, fine machining, and grinding, with strict tolerance control to prevent operational abnormalities; wear-prone components are made from wear-resistant materials or produced using enhanced processes, ensuring effective cleaning performance and extended service life while reducing subsequent maintenance costs.

IV. Standardized Assembly Phase

Assemble according to standardized procedures, using a unified reference point for positioning. Sequentially install the frame, main components, transmission system, spray and water supply/drainage systems, and finally assemble the lubrication, sealing, protection, and electrical control systems. Precisely adjust the mating parameters of each component to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable operation.

V. Surface Protection Treatment Stage

To ensure compatibility with harsh outdoor environments, all components are first sandblasted or shot-peened to remove rust (achieving a surface cleanliness rating of Sa2.5 or higher), followed by dust and oil removal to prevent secondary contamination. Subsequently, a high-pressure airless spraying process is employed to apply protective coatings in multiple layers, ensuring strong adhesion and significantly enhancing the equipment’s resistance to rust, corrosion, and weathering.

6. Final Assembly, Debugging, and Factory Inspection Phase

After final assembly is completed, we first conduct a no-load trial run to identify and rectify any issues such as abnormal noises during operation, temperature rise, and leaks. Next, we proceed with loaded commissioning to verify the cleaning performance, processing capacity, and operational stability. Once all indicators meet the standards, we issue an inspection report and complete the factory acceptance.
