The main types of gear grinding machines include disc wheel gear grinding machines, conical wheel gear grinding machines, worm wheel gear grinding machines, and large flat wheel gear grinding machines. The disc wheel gear grinding machine is suitable for high-precision gear grinding, the conical wheel gear grinding machine is easy to adjust and has good versatility, the worm wheel gear grinding machine is suitable for mass production, and the large flat wheel gear grinding machine is suitable for processing gears with a larger modulus.
In practical applications, gear grinding machines may experience some faults, such as loud oil pump noise, abnormal feed of the grinding head slide, etc. Solving these problems usually requires checking components such as the oil circuit, speed control valve, and solenoid valve, and cleaning or replacing them if necessary.
